You need to download the Camera Mod and the Native Mod Loader Mod and apply both to get it to work. But its flipping brilliant.
I still cannot believe that Larian have not done this to the camera already themselves because it allows you t o see all the ceilings in the rooms which are all well designed and also high up enemies to shoot them. I would say its pretty much an essential Mod.
The only issue (and maybe why they havent made it a formal view mode) is you can zoom outside rooms, above ceilings, and it is a little bit trickier to manage the camera because of its free 3d movement. But that is a very small inconvenience for such a brilliant mod. Changes the whole way you will play the game as you can see so much more.
