Astarion's missing dialogue when Halsin asks for romance

This a minor bug, but I guess it should be adressed. When you are romancing Astarion and Halsin tries to seduce you in act 3 he asks for you to tell your partner if he/she is okay with opening the relationship with him. Astarion is cool about that, but there is one dialogue missing.
When you tell Astarion about Halsin's proposal there 3 dialogue options (probably not well translated since it's in spanish but, can't be too different)
1. How could you guess?
2. Did he talk about it with you?
3. It's okay? you don't seem to be bothered

And if you choose the second option just jumps into the next dialog tree without Astarion answering you question.

I have a bug relating to the same conversation — I chose to wait before speaking to Astarion about Halsin because I knew I had a couple of cutscenes lined up for long rest, so I wanted to wait and do it properly. However, now the option to talk to Astarion about it has vanished and Halsin is acting like we never had the conversation at all. Either this is a bug, or there’s a hidden timer on the conversation in the first place. Either way it’s frustrating.

I have noticed that if you don't talk to your romanced companions in that kind of ocasions you just miss the oportunity to tell them certain things. For example, I knew Gale was monogamous, but I romanced Astarion before the camp party, in the camp party had the weave scene with Gale, and the next morning when Gale asks to talk about it, if you miss it and therefore don't tell him you are romancing another companion he just keeps going through as if you were his romance... Actually I'm already in act 3 in that playthrough and I'm romancing at the same time Astarion, Gale and Halsin! which makes no sense since Gale wants you all for himself
