Cannot start act 3

After finishing act2, I cant go to act3. Clicking the "Go to the bg3" door has no any effect. Anyone has this problem?

What is your current missions under "Main Quest"? And could you clarify about the "door" you are referencing? Heading to Baldur's Gate (and triggering Act 3) involves just generally walking on a pathway outside, there is no door, but you do have to click on an area within an open archway, is this what you mean?

Yes, I click on an area within an open archway, and loading with black screen first, after loading I still stay at the act 2 open archway. And after that, not matter how I click the open archway, it is no any effect. It only happen in this game save. My other game save is normal.

This bugs cause I must give up my whole save which finish act 1 and act 2, really bad bug.

In this save, I play The Dark Urge and almost kill every NPC. I dont know whether this is the reason of the bug. I have the save file, can provide to the Larian Studio, but I dont sure that if they will check this steam discussion area?

Yeah, that sounds like a real ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug. If you want to better assure that Larian will fix it/help you troubleshoot it, I recommend contacting them more directly. They have a bug report website where you can also upload the save file.
