Derivation Cloak does not working

Astarion, cloak equipped, daggers coated with basic poison. Enemy fail save and become poisoned after attack - no healing happens.

Yeah, some of the items won't work properly for whatever reason. Try to un-equip it and re-equip it, sometimes, it fixed items not applying effects for me.

well, did mot help with cloak. I had same issue with electirc staff once, but it was fixed by reequipping, this one refuse to work at all.

Seems to only work when enemies are given the poison condition resulting from spells. Tested this with Ray of sickness and it works. But yes sadly it dosent work with weapon coatings.
