Shadow of Menzoberranzan bugged on teiflings ?

so for some reason Shadow of Menzoberranzan is doing an odd graphic issue on teifldings only , where the horns cut out 2 stationary circles in the head area and even if the character moves in cutscenes or just previewing my character i see those 2 stationary circles , anyone else got this issue ?

It's still an issue
