[ACT 3 SPOILERS] Can't return to camp or venture to another region
After a quick heist in the House of Hope, I returned back at Baldur's Gate. One long rest later and I want to confront Gortash. I go to Basilisk Gate to 'Return to Wyrm's Crossing', but when I click on the Yes/Confirm prompt to 'Venture to another region', my party takes a long rest on the streets, the screen goes black and I'm now unable to go to Wyrm's Crossing.

After reloading the save, I discover that after leaving camp (after House of Hope), I'm unable to return by any means. I can't use the map, interface or walk up to the door in the tavern to get back to camp. I can still fast travel to any other place, just not my camp.

When I try to long rest, my party just falls a sleep on the ground, and I still don't go back to camp.

Has anyone else suffered from this issue and if so, what did you do to fix it? I have yet to reload the game from before the visit to the House of Hope.

Can you walk to the Elfsong tavern and enter your rooms manually?
That's what I would try.
Also have you reported the bug to Larian Studios using the form pinned at the top of this forum?

No, I can't enter the doors manually after leaving. I'm sumitting a report after I have validated the files and tried again.

That's the best you can do.
I just thought of something, you may have left House of Hope with an NPC there wanting to talk to you. Like Hope maybe?

This was before the weekend. Maybe before Patch 2, not sure. But I'm pretty sure I talked to her before leaving.

I achieved! I killed my main character (she was the one who couldn't fast travel and go to camp) and resurrected her with Withers

Sorry for not updating. I solved it by reloading a old save. If I encounter the bug again, I'll keep your solution in mind!
