[SOLVED] Game doesn't start launcher, Steam frozen, then crashes

This particular issue occured to my GF and several other guys on the internet.

You try to start the game and it doesn't do anything. The game is not even in the "Windows Tasks". After that, Steam freezes and then after a while, it crashes on the desktop. When you start the Steam again, it shows the game "Running".

What doesn't work
• Reinstalling the game
• Repairing the game
• Reinstalling steam
• Trying to start the game from the folder

What causes the issue
In this particular case, it was Avira antivirus. Even when you turn off all the small antivirus defending features it has, it still blocks the game. You can't portforward it, nothing. The Launcher is not in the safe box, it is nowhere in Avira. The antivirus doesn't inform you about the issue at all. You have no chance to see it does this. So if you have Avira follow up:

What to do to fix it
• Turn Avira off - or uninstall it if you can and use a better Antivirus
• Reinstall/repair the game (you may need to repair the game few times)
• Run the game with Avira off
