Kithrak Voss attacks on Sight?

I finally made it to Baldurs Gate after speaking with Kithrak Voss and getting him and Laezel to agree to save Orpheus. Upon arriving at Sharess Caress he attacks me and my party upon being spotted even with Laezel in the party. What did I do wrong to make this happen? Did I have to attack the emperor upon meeting him during the Honor Guards assault on Orpheus?

Same thing is happening to me - he calls you betrayer but I havent betrayed him - in fact I've totally supported the Laezel/Voss storyline and would love to see Orpheus free at some point. Also, I did attack the Emperor on sight and it then forced me to ally with him so I don't think it is related to that.

Do these bugs get picked up by the Larian team or is there an official place to report bugs?

I've submitted this via the official Larian bug report thingy... hopefully they'll pick it up and do something about it as it has totally ended my party's progress so far.
