Gnarled Door disappears if you kill Aunt Ethel in the tea house.

I really like saving victims of Aunt Ethel (and destroying or looting *all* her ♥♥♥♥, hate this NPC SO BAD, good job dev & creative!). After I killed the hag in her tea room, I looked for the gnarled door everywhere but it was gone. It would have been nice to tell the door victims she's dead. Weird I know, but I even removed the elves bodies from her lair.
