[Mildly Gamebreaking]Cemetery Blue Torch cannot be unequiped after Chamber of Courage

Where:In act 3 after the Dragon Sanctum - Chamber of Courage where you have to equip a torch while being attacked by elementals,

Error: after the trial is ended, I cannot unequip the torch anymore. I've tried resting, changing maps, changing gear. The torch remains

Possible Causes: My Tav is a druid, as the challenge ended I was in Wild Shape: Earth Myrmidon. I suspect that the code that unequips the torch as the challenge ends doesn't work while being shapeshifted.

Not able to equip a real weapon is incredible frustrating, I can keep playing but it feels a tad sh*t. Specially when this is by far one of the best games I've ever played in almost 30 years of gaming life.

That being said, bringing my first playthrough to its end with the torch has its charm.

Anyways keep up the incredible work! Coming from a jaded ex game developer, this game (and the whole team behind) is f#cking amazing.

Sadly I have this issue too, tried killing my Tav and looting the torch but that didn't work either, if anyone finds a fix for this please let us know. I keep automatically setting off oil whenever I walk past it and kinda need that to stop asap lol

Same happened to me, and as a shapeshifted druid as well :(

I found a solution after seeing it related to being in a druidform. So just in case anyone else has this issue, you just need to shapeshift and then dismiss the shapeshift. I was able to click on the torch and swap my weapon back in after that.

I have a bug where I can't re-equip the torch (even though it's equipped). Also druid. I did all but the last trial, needed rest, so I left. Then I got busy exploring the lower city and other stuff... went back and now it disappears as if I didn't accomplish the 1st trial (says Torch extinguished, etc if in chamber). I snuck thru the mob with panther but doubt I can take the dragon with just me myself and I...

Hit this defect as well, where blue torch could not be un-equipped. Re-shapeshifting, and then cancelling the shapeshift, fixed it for me as well.
