I've gotten ahold of the ledger under the floorboards and have it in my inventory currently.

It does not recognize me as having this and he who whatever is not progressing this quest.

If anyone could help, or shed light to a fix I would greatly appreciate it.

I have the same problem. I tried loading a previous save but nothing works so far.

Same. Tried reloading, tried restarting, tried everything I can think of. Could it be an issue with mods?

I’m using bags mod and increased carrying capacity so I though that could be affecting how things are recognized in inventory, but I can’t try without them because turning them off makes the save unable to load. Are you guys using mods?

Me as well.
I grabbed the ledger and it disappeared, I cannot find it in my inventory or anywhere. I got the xp for it and the quest in the journal says to go give it to he who was, but when I get to him, the quest has not progressed for me either.
