cefsharp.browsersubprocess.exe keeps popping up

So I installed this game and was playing it but I get this message to install that cefsharp thing but it comes up like in 5 different windows I can run the game without installing it but If I remove it then baldurs gate wont run then when I run verfiy files it reaquires it. It almost looks like a virus but im not sure any suggestions?

Check for viruses.
If it is not one, then Razer behaves like a virus.
You do not need that to run Baldur's Gate 3.

whats weird is when I did remove it baldurs gate stopped working. So then I verified the files and it reaquired it I run the virus scan but nonthing and when I look for razer as a program x86 I dont find it there.

Yeah the window says you must install .NETCORE in order to run this application.

Launch Baldur's Gate 3 directly from the executable and ignore the Larian Launcher.
