Female Half-Orcs Dual Wielding Bug

When dual wielding Shortsword + Dagger, Dagger + Dagger, or two Practice swords, the game will do the animation of two hits, but only the main weapon attack will register. Spending both my actions for the turn. I gave the weapon pairings to my halfling and she can use them just fine.

Can Anyone else try to replicate this or is my file just bugged-- I've tried respeccing, I've tried starting an entirely new campaign, but nonetheless those weapon combinations keeps bugging when my half-orc holds em.

wow, "Disguise Self" allows me to swap to a different race and now all of a sudden, the dual daggers works with the new race
I swap back to my default female orc, they break again
i even used the disguised female orc, still doesn't work lol
Guess i'll permanently have this buff on, otherwise i can't dual wield
