Torch Burning "Wrong"

In Rainforest's Basement, there's an "Iron Torch" which, if lit, does not actually light a fire in the sconce, but instead makes the sconce itself shimmer with a surface effect like the iron itself is on fire. Still works as a light source, just probably not how it was intended to look.
