Multiplayer Desync/Latency Issue Workaround: Use LAN mode + VPN

After doing some experiments when a friend and I tried to play multiplayer via both Direct Connection & normal web-based, I feel confident in informing the Baldur's Gate 3 community that the most reliable method for avoiding latency/desync issues is to install a VPN tool like Hamachi and then play in LAN mode.

Despite being in the same city and both of us having unlimited high speed fiber connections, we would get easily 30 to 100 second bursts of lag, followed by a burst of actions playing out fast as sync was restored to then just lose sync again a few seconds later.

As a last resort we trying using the LAN mode and have now done multiple sessions with no issues (well, other than the standard gameplay bugs) despite no other changes to our PCs and our networks.

Tested extensively on patch 1.
