[Solved] Issue with individual joining multiplayer game

Been hosting a multiplayer game for the last few weeks with some friends. When we tried to play this weekend, first time after the patch, one of the people began receiving errors when trying to join the game, stating that his game client did not match the server version.

This was confusing, as we were all running the same game version and he'd been playing single player with no issues post patch.

It turned out his patch file was corrupted in such a way that was preventing him from joining multiplayer.

Verifying game files and re-downloading the patch solved the issue.

Posting here in case anyone else has similar issue.
