Cannot open Bhaal Temple Door (Spoilers)

Alright so I'm near the end I think I have done most of the quests including the murder investigation. I have killed the murder tribunal, Gortash, and am now standing in front of the giant stone door on the giant bridge.

I have Bhaals amulet in my inventory and I go up to the gate I passed the religion check and now all it gives me is walk away.

I have almost no quest-lines in my journal outside of this one to do and I'm super confused and very sad as I want to complete the game.

I got the same problem.
i killed the Red dwarf murder but there are some questmarks that didnt go away like some dude that killed already.
Later on i killed the severin the Dad of Orin i guess?
I take his Amulett of Bhaal. I killed Gortash Killed Raphael and so on.
I go to the Door on the Bridge where acually you need to press the Amulet of Bhaal on it but i cant do that because there is no choice option for it.
It must be bugged. Can Someone say how i fix this?

Post-Hotfix 16 known issue borking quest items.

Try disabling BG3 Mod Fixer if you have it, possibly other mods that contain it.

Workaround: for the first door, try shooting down the corpse hanging near the door, its blood opens the door. Second door, alas, you might still be stuck.
