PLEASE HELP: BUG: Can't click on anything, companion, NPC, next event?

I've tried everything, rebooting computer and steam, verified game files, even attacked companion and NPC and still nothing. I was silenced in a battle but won and rested at camp but now game won't progress because can't click on any character to talk to them or continue game. Please help

Try Pressing F1 - F4 see if you can switch characters. Worse case you need to load back the battle. But the rest bug should reset if you kill yourself and have one character talk to withers and get res back.

Having a similar problem - can't talk to anyone on my character. I've already tried killing and resurrecting him, but it hasn't fixed it. Do we just have to wait to the next patch?

Same issue. Can't interact with any party members or items in the game. Tried silencing, attacking, and resurrecting with no resolution. Also, at a point in the game where I don't wan't to reload and start from point when I could speak to NPCs. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

exactly! I'm in moon towers and can't progress at all. I can't even click on one of the challenges nor speak to companions. I'm silenced so is there a way to remove silence in the meantime?

So I reloaded from days ago and I can talk to companions so that means i'm silenced in some way in moontower. how do i remove that?

I have the issue but have not been silenced - im still early in the game. I think its a bug that came in with the patch as none of my characters can talk or interact.

Yeah more and more conversations/threads are popping up with this. Bloody annoying because I cant continue my game until its fixed :(

All you have to do is talk to any of your other characters, get out of the convo and everything will be back to normal. This is if your screen is showing nothing like the camp icon or any other icon, and it seems like all you can do is move around. Just talk to any of your other characters and it's fixed.
