This is NOT the quality I expected from Larian Studios
I'm a programmer myself, and sure, sometimes bugs get through testing, you can't catch everything, but in this case, it's a pretty commonly used ability and all it would have taken to test it was to just go into the game and go to the passives tab and click it....
Clearly the fix wasn't tested at all, I don't know how your testing process is Larian, do you have a QA team? Do the devs do all the testing? Either way, big oversight that's easily fixed and worth a HOTFIX release. Btw this is why you don't release patches right before the weekend, so you don't screw yourself into not being able to fix it until Monday, not that i'm expecting you will.
