[Graphical Issue?] - Hide armor +2

For some reason despite looking very similar to my previous hide armor the +2 version has this weird issue of the fur bits end up looking like flat brown flaps. I dont think this is intentional as they clip into each other pretty badly, anyone have a similar problem?

Taking it off and on doesnt fix it, reinstalling didnt fix it, files have verified. Settings are currently Nvidia's recommended ultra settings, changed it today to see if it helped but didnt fix it.
