Folk hero inspiration points not registering?.

I have started a new game, and followed the same path I had, I.e saved the goblin from getting shot, Saved the tiefling child from the snake, which I should have gotten a point for each and an entry, though for both it's not been added so I'm not sure what's going on here I tried reloading and it's still not registering?.

Any advice or help?.
