Mizora romance not working

So I've had Mizora proposition my character for sex, I picked all the right options and Mizora said "tonight then, be ready", but on my long rest no scene triggers. Anyone else have this issue and know if there's a way to fix this? Her exclamation mark also goes away after 1 long rest, so the conversation seems to be a one-day offer.

I had the same, on night some vampires came for me and I told them to grab Astarion and leave me alone as I'm waiting for someone. After a fight character went back to sleep there was a long black screen and bam!morning. Had the same with laezel. black screen for xx seconds and then morning. Is that it? That's intended ?

She said she will come tonight but after long resting, she didn't and I just woke up in the morning
