Cannot open display case with infernal diamonds

As the title says, despite unlocking the display case with Helsik's key, I cannot open the display case, nevermind steal the diamonds.

If you have already killed her (because, you know, she is a demon worshipper and all), the case itself is vulnerable to several elements. I just fired a fire cantrip and got the goodies.

same issue here. add an in game feedback or bug report button. act 3 desperately needs it...

You cannot open it, but you can destroy it.

Yeah just destroy it with force or something. Examine it to see the resistances and weaknesses, then blast from the front door. She won't aggro, but you can disguise yourself if you're worried that she'll come after you.
