Visual bug with Unwanted Masterwork Scalemail and Armor of Agility

The armor when worn by most of the party appears as it does in the armor's icon but when worn by Karlach it is different, sporting metal pauldrons similar to what the Cambions wear from the tutorial, the only issue being that the textures of the metal plating/chains around the front of the waist are stretched and float in place. Have a similar issue with the Armor of Agility when worn only by Shadowheart, the right pauldron has a flat, gray undetailed texture wrapped around it. Is anyone else having this issue?
