Lae'zel's equipped armor doesn't appear.

I've tried restarting the game multiple times now, but no matter what I try, Lae'zel always appears as she does when you rest at camp.

This is normal I believe as everyone is wearing their alternate clothing in Camp when a rest is triggered. If you leave camp via Waypoint and then return to camp (not for resting) all your companions should be wearing their full armor sets.

Unfortunatly that hasn't resolved the issue.

Check your inventory. If you have changed the display setting by accident, it will stick to a certain look instead of switching automatically. The setting is hidden until you mouseover casual clothes column.
