ACT 3 Quest Help the Hag Survivors Won't Complete

I killed Ethel and saved the girl before I found the survivors group in the city. After going to them and letting them know Ethel is gone, they are all happy and they have no more dialogue (just one line then it closes) but the quest is still open telling me to go to them and let them know. It won't update no matter who I chat with, and I am unable to even trade with Mayrina. Please fix!

Still bugged for me and I did the same thing where I killed the hag and saved the girl before finding the survivors

Yes so bugged it's not true. I can't find the anti hag poster even so can't start the quest. Lorna isn't at the barracks. If I go to her home she tell me to go away. If I kill everyone at Old Barlow's place there is no wall safe and if I go into the basement the wall does not let me in however long I stand there. The only side quest uncompleted so really p'd off!

I was just trying to figure this out. I... accidentally killed Mayrina during the hag fight in Act 1, now in act 3 it just says Search for the hag. I made the hagsbane I just can't do anything with it.

Still bugged. I found Mayrina, got the quest, then found Lora, got her quest. Went to the captain, turned into hag, followed her into the cellar, saved the girl, killed the hag, returned to Mayrina but there's no option for me to tell her the hag is dead.

Ridiculous, and it's been ages since I reported this on pc and PS5. I already know about it so I just find the posters and to talk to them first, before killing the hag on subsequent playthroughs.
I love this game, but there are still bugged quests on act 3.
