ACT 3 Quest Help the Hag Survivors Won't Complete

I killed Ethel and saved the girl before I found the survivors group in the city. After going to them and letting them know Ethel is gone, they are all happy and they have no more dialogue (just one line then it closes) but the quest is still open telling me to go to them and let them know. It won't update no matter who I chat with, and I am unable to even trade with Mayrina. Please fix!

Yep looks like it's bugged, haven't tried again in Patch 3 but exactly what you said happened to me too before.

Still bugged in patch 4. I killed hag before I knew there were survivors, and then I happened upon them and gave them the good news. Can't trade with Mayrina, and now I have an extra bugged quest because I clicked on a poster about Helping the Hag Survivors and it won't trigger that I've gone to Old Garlow's :|

New patch, same bug. Though granted I killed Ethel before I found out about the survivors

Same thing happened with me, patch 6, killed the hag first before reading the posters. Now I'm stuck at Old Garlow's, it doesn't register even after talking to everyone and looting everything... And it's not the only bugged quest I encountered in act 3. They should have used more time to fix act 3.

Same here. Killed and saved kid, found mayrina, but when she asks "have you killed the hag?" I can only say "not yet" or leave. Lol
