Has anyone else started having screen flickering?

BG3 has been performing just fine for me until I fired it up again a few hours ago. It started to keep flickering onto a black screen every so often or having some odd horizontal lines. Reducing the screen resolution seems to have helped for now. I've tried some other games and they don't seem to be affected.

I have this issue on a lot of game and 9 time out of 10 it's caused by V-Sync being toogle on, could you check if it's toogled on and if yes toogle it off to see if it fix it

Hello, i got same problem today. So toogle off the V-Sync is works for you ?

Kinda late to the party, but for any future google searchers - it worked for me.
