Trust me... i tried everything before coming up with this workaround... reinstalled windows, rolled back drivers, reinstalled specific windows components... created different ad hoc profiles for the gpu!!!
In the end only the steps described above have brought a concrete result.

Edit : got a DXGI crash finally but after 1h30 of play instead of 1:30
So I reduced my GPU clock even more to 2GHz, I'll see
Also I have seen for the first time a corrupted texture (some part of a path with stones was all black), in the Grymforge near the Anim Armors fight, so there's something here - 7900XTX has 24GB VRAM so really not an insufficient VRAM issue!!
But you'll miss Nere and the adamnatine stuff !!
