IceKnife Spell says it should be able to be cast while silenced.. does NOT WORK

So looked at ice knife once noticed it said I could cast it while silenced. Yet game does not allow me to cast it while silenced

Im in the gauntlet of Shar- In the Library where your entire party gets silenced.

They seem to have patched that, I was confused seeing I can use it while silenced. A lil late on the reply tho lol
