Free the artist bug (cannot continue)

I tried delivering Thrumbo's body to Carrion and it doesn't register as a completed quest or let me continue. When that didn't work I collected all of the jars then destroyed them and Carrion yet he still didn't drop the Torch of Revocation. I'm pretty sure this is fully bugged and all dialogue is exhausted with the quest.

Huh I found it in my travelers chest you're right. The deliver Thrumbo's body quest is still bugged though he doesn't recognize the body but at least I got the torch, thanks.

Fixed the quest by dropping the Torch and picking it back up.

I eventually just gave up on the quest. There's no achievement or good reward but it's stupid how blatantly bugged it is.

Yeah, I went ahead and finished the game with that quest still remaining.
