Door at the end of the Gauntlet of shar won't open! 3 gems were placed

Someone please HELP!! I can't progress the game at all because of this. I had opened the door to Shar's pool open earlier but decided to leave to go free the prisoners at moonrise tower. When I came back here the door was closed and locked. The three gems are still there but I can't move them.

Update : I had a way point called verge of the shadows that teleports you behind the door

I'm having the exact same issue. I don't have the waypoint (I went all the way down to the water) and went and did absolutely everything else. I can't get back inside and don't want to lose hours of progress.

Im having the same problem, i left to heal and sell, and couldnt get back in.

It happened to me and I was able to figure out how to get back in. There’s a portal in the gauntlet of Shar called shadowfell entrance. Click on it and it will take you back to where shadow heart speaks to Shar at that pool of water. The door for some reason locks but that fast travel I mentioned , it’ll transport you back behind the door.

This thread is quite old and has unlikely something to do with your personal issue.
What you describe is a typical mod issue. For mods related issues consult the mods authors.

Same issue here. Use Knock. I even disabled mods and still had the same problem.

Me and my friend are having the same problem I went to get the orbs and did all the challenges fist and thought it might be a script issue but that doesn't seem to be the problem either

Yeah dude I was having the same problem, I was so pissed. But I what I did was I used gale and I used that spell that lets you unlock certain locks. It worked like a charm; I was having the issues not too long ago so it should still work!
