Launcher skip didnt work?

I am trying to launch from bin folder of steamapps/Common/Baldurs gate 3 but it process gets down as soon as launcher starts to run. And it for some reasone runs. I have tried to delete launcher folder in Appdata Larian Studia and then crash report, but it didnt resolve. I did it and then restarted Pc, is there any updates on how to bypass Launch crash?

Right click the game in your Steam library -> Properties -> General -> Launch Options -> Add the line "--skip-launcher". Should bypass the launcher when you run the game through Steam.

If you really need to launch it not through Steam, for some reason, then create a Shortcut for LariLauncher.exe, open the Shortcut's properties, then add "--skip-launcher" to General -> Target after LariLauncher's file path (outside the final quotation mark).
