Everyone at my camp is hostile (ACT 3 SPOILERS)

I'm doing an evil playthrough a delivered Dame Aylin to Lorroakan. Fought her, neutralized her, Lorroakan said I had him as an ally, etc. I move on, play 5 more hours, do the Cazador thing and some other stuff, then long rest.

Dame Aylin is suddenly at my camp, right where she was before. Obviously, she's hostile. So is every other NPC at my camp - Karlach, Volo, Scratch (?), Mizora (?!), Wyll, etc. There's no cutscene, no dialogue, no journal update - nothing to indicate that this is an intentional development of the story, the Lorroakan quest, a consequence for my actions, etc. It seems like the game knows that I betrayed Dame Aylin but doesn't know to remove her from my camp.

The best part is, I can't even kill her if I wanted to just murder everyone hostile to me and move on with my life, her being immortal and all. I can kill everyone else but even if I knock Dame down to 0 hp she is unkillable, which means I can't end the combat, which means I can't leave camp and keep playing.

If I just go straight to my campfire and rest with the intention of never interacting with any of my camp companions again, when I wake up from resting initiative is rolled and I'm in an inescapable fight anyway.

I think my game is just totally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ unless I reload, do the generic good guy thing with regards to Lorroakan/Dame, and replay those 5 hours I already did. It really sucks. I was already king of burning out on how much content is in Act 3, exploring the huge city, hitting the level cap, etc. I'm more likely to just drop the game than redo all that ♥♥♥♥.

Has anyone else had this experience? I've tried searching for it all over the place online but can't find anyone reporting this issue.

Yes.. I'm currently dealing with the same thing. I went the dark urge way and very evil. Shortly after bring her to lorroakan some of the npcs became hostile. What sucks is my Paladin just broke her Oath and now I can't even talk to the oath breaker paladin because it starts a fight and half the time shadowheart starts fighting against me. I would go back but that's over 10hours of play time and I've done so much since then. I'm at a lost
