Lost access to Scratch's Find Familiar spell

As the title said, I lost access to the spell after dealing with Angry Mar'hyah with Scratch in tow. In my case, I intimidated her both times. Afterwards, Scratch walks off back to camp like a companion. He's still at my camp, just lost the spell. It's not showing up in my spell list.

Same happened to me after Scratch died in combat once. Trying to figure out how to get it back, though wearing his collar doesn't seem to do the trick. Luckily Scratch seems to have been safely teleported back home to camp, so is still alive. The summoning spell for him is now gone though.

Actually, it just doesn't show up in camp and becomes accessible as a level 1 spell outside of camp. Mine is back again outside of camp and I successfully summoned Scratch again.
