Tongue of Madness bug and possible save game bleed.

Hey there so you need "Tongue of Madness" for a quest in the game. I got it and accidentally extracted it because like all other rpg's i ever played in my life they wont allow you to extract quest items however in BG3 it does. So I reloaded the save and suddenly it wont spawn in anymore. Which indicates a savegame bleed.

Quit game and relaunch reload try this way might help if not cache delete.
