Mithril Vein by Lava Elemental vanished?
Running through grymforge on a second save and noticed that the mitrhil vein that's usually by the lava elemental/madness amulet is just straight up not there. Anyone know if it got moved elsewhere or if the update maybe broke it?

There never was one down at the lava elemental. One is behind the animated armor ambush and the other is past the fire imps / whatever ambush.
