Sound loss during steam remote play

After an hour or so of streaming the game using steam remote plays audio is lost on the streaming device (steam deck). Sound is still heard on the host machine, and my sound output is "steam streaming speakers". The game is not muted on the host, and the display on the host machine did not turn off. The sound is fine for 30 mins to an hour on the streaming device.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated!

Is there any solution yet? I've had the same issue

Hey Hihepux- I ended up changing the output of the audio in the settings menu of BG3 itself. It seemed that it was struggling to switch outputs when changing to streaming mode.
