Spells disappearing from toolbar when trying to use

Occasionally a spell will disappear from the toolbar when i click to use it, it will then not reappear until i deselect and select again in spell prep menu.
Can be really irritating as you will click to use it and not realise it has not selected it so when you LMB to confirm it moves the character instead which can be fatal.

Misty step seems to be pretty bad for this, not sure if it is a single case or all spells tbh

Unlocked most likely but not sure it should matter tbh
