Moon lantern despawned out of inventory

I gave the moon lantern to Gale and sent him back to camp because I needed another companion for a quest. After re-hiring Gale, the moon lantern disappeared out of his inventory. His melee weapon slot is just empty. If I send him back to camp, I still get the trashtalk, but he doesn't hold the lantern anymore. This is gamebreaking if I cant get another one somehow..

Check other characters, such as to say critical items tend to be given over to a random active character.
(Like it is how the artificat can appear by other chars beside Shadowheart.)
IF not though luck but you can get another one just will need to grit teeth and soak up the damage;) (But if you are fast and unlocked the moonrise tower sigil you wont even be damaged)

Hello,

Same for me here, Baltazar's Moonlantern is nowere to be found anymore even tho i stole and used it a much to wander in the cursed region.
It seems that i lost it after i accepted the mission to find Baltazar from Z'rell or after i killed The One Who One Whose (the guy who want to avenge people).
It did not go in the inventory of my other characters.

I noticed that i have two Spider's lyre. Do not know since when.
i also searched my camp and the merchants of moonrise tower in case i old it by mistake. It was not there.

Because i spent a lot of time in moonrise tower and the bard camp, i did not use it for a while and all my backups did lost it too.

Is there a way to spawn it back ??

I found mine in Gale's inventory. Had to scroll down a lot. Seemed like there was a bug that moved it way down. (bunch of empty space and then it was there ^^)

Good idead. Unfortunatelly, it does not do the trick for me

hmm. Another solution would be to proceed in the story fast to get the permanent resistance.
