Stored Camp Supplies not found?

From just about the beginning, I've been keeping camp supplies in a container stored in the camp storage. Today I've found that trying to do a full rest no longer recognizes this and shows me having zero supplies. Anyone else see this happen?

I just had this happen, i went back to a save from just before the celebration, and I have more than 2500 camp supplies total. Somehow, between then and now (~12 hours of gameplay), I now have less than 200 camp supplies despite only long resting probably twice (should have only used 80). I can't find the supplies anywhere, they're not in the container in camp where they should be and I have no clue what happened to them. Thankfully I still had a few on one of my companions or I would be soft-locked and have to reload a save where they still exist. I'm not sure what happened here but it's very frustrating that I spend all the time I did looting things for it to just vanish.

Update: After some troubleshooting I've figured out what's happened for me at least. The game wasn't recognizing camp supplies in the camp storage box, and sending things to the camp storage box doesn't send them into any particular slot which is strange. For some reason the storage was two rows of stuff, about 20 blank rows, and then more stuff way down at the bottom. The camp supply pack was way down at the bottom and had all my stuff, but I had to pull it out for the game to recognize that I had the supplies. This wasn't a problem earlier, I'm wondering if it's an issue of how much the pack weighs now or something of that nature.

I have this problem of not finding the camp supplies, but your solution is not useful for me. I searched all my companions for them and also tried a different camp (in different region) but the supplies doesn´t appear.
