Isobel & the dark urge (spoilers)

So I decided to kill Isobel after I defeated Ketheric, since the quest was still active.

Scenario 1: I killed her at night camp. I had to banish Aylin since I can't kill her, and when Aylin returned she was no longer hostile. Talking with her said she had a low opinion of me but I could bribe her to like me more. I also got the Butler when I went to bed, and he acted like I hadn't killed Isobel already. Was forced to do the interaction with my lover instead.

Scenario 2: I reloaded, and this time I murdered Isobel at day camp. Same trick with banishing Aylin. Followers and journal correctly acknowledged that I'd murdered Isobel, though they said the inn burned even tho the curse is lifted 😔 When I went to night camp, Aylin now acted like Isobel had been dead for a while. No aggression toward me at all. Butler showed up to give me the slayer power. The next morning, Aylin acts like Isobel is still alive.

I think the quest to kill Isobel should be failed if not done before killing Ketheric, or update the text/reactions in case she gets murdered after.
