Update: Turned off EasyTune CPU OC as well. Been 45 min no beeping. Seems to be cause by overclocking.
Loud beeping usually means BIOS warning message. So it has something to do with your motherboard and likely CPU.
I would generally advise not to overclock under this game. Preferably under (GPUwise.)
Trust the mainboard and start dusting.
Overclocking is never good with modern games which comes with portability features.
Its weird cause its only with Baldur's Gate 3. I can play Cyberpunk, Doom Eternal, or anything else it does not happen. As soon as the game is no longer in focus the beep stops.
If was CPU and motherboard issue wouldn't happen in other situations?
No. Different software have different demands on the PC. Like vaccines cannot create autoimmune disorders, but they can awaken then if they are already there dormant.
Check whether changing between Vulkan and Direct X helps and run the game always in windowed mode plus Borderless Gaming (Freeware at GitHub).
