Act 3 counting house entrance bank pass not in inventory

Hello run into a quite annoying bug I am trying to gain access to the Counting house vault.

After talking to Head Clerk Meadhoney in various ways he will normally give you a bank pass to gain access to the lower levels however despite the game itself saying you have gained the item it is not in my inventory at all and talking to the guards confirms that I do not have the pass.

I see on the internet many people are passed this point perhaps a hot-fix broke something or how my game state is effected something regardless will try and find a way in that does not break my good dude standing :)

Sounds like a known typical mod issue with the latest version of the game. For mods related issues consult the mods authors. Personally I doubt threadstarter had the same issue as this thread is very old.
