Shar Questline stone door stuck after trials

I'm hoping a hotfix or something would fix this so I haven't tried to play this character in a few days. But on my original play through I am stuck after getting the 4 gem from killing the other devil in the temple of Shar. I've got all 4 in the pedestals they are supposed to be but the stone door won't open to let me to the night song quest/ fight. For reference I have killed Balthazar but I don't think that's the problem because I had the option to fight him. I also tried reloading all the way at the start of the trials and the same thing happened to me again, stuck with it not recognizing the all gems have been inserted. Keeps asking me to insert while acknowledging I don't have any more gems because there are none.

Similar issue, got the last gem installed on the last door, inserted and it won't open :(

so to be sure, you inserted ONLY 1 orb in to first pedestal & 3 orbs into last one before the door, right? I also equipped Dark Justiciars armor/hel/gauntlets with a Night Spear on her.

Dressing up as dark justiciar is not necessary, at least it wasn't when i did it.

Apparantly neither is the spear.

I'm also stuck. I've done everything but kill the rats, but I have all 4 gems. The gems get eaten up and only 1 shows on the pedestal and I cannot insert more.

Okay so I had the same problem and after some research, I found a solution:

You can open the door with the Lvl 2 Transformation Spell "Knock".
I had to ask the Dead Dude in my camp to reset Gale's Skills and all, but it worked for me.

I tried it some minutes ago.

Can't use knock as of latest patch, the door has arcane lock on it. Shatter opened it up for me though.
