Oathbreaker not being able to restore oath after paying 1000 coin

Hey all,

I ran into this issue while playing with friends last night where I wanted to restore my oath as an oath breaker. I paid the Oath Keeper the 1000 coin, but while he is saying. "I accept, now get down on your knees (or something to this effect)" The scene cuts short. He collects my 1000 coin. But my oath is not restored and the Oath keeper acts as if I never paid. I restarted 6 other times and this same event plays out. Has anyone else ran into this issue? If so, what was your resolve?
