Druid animal form bugs & inconsistencies.

Druid class has various animal forms (wild shapes).
Currently its very inconsistent in which general & multi-class feats work with these forms and in what way.
For example the Tavern Brawler feat strangely works on attack rolls but not on damage rolls.
And the various Monk unarmed and armor class feats work on some forms but not on others.
Also seems that certain animal forms are counted as "having armor equipped" while others are not, which leads to wildly different interactions with feats & spells that depend on the target being "without armor".
Various concentration spells have issues functioning correctly while in animal forms.
General disconnection between items and animal forms, making these animal forms feel like a pointless feature at higher levels when great gear is plenty available.

Please look into these Druid animal form issues, its such a cool mechanic but unfortunately rather buggy.
Rebalance as needed but please make it consistent, useful and logical in the way its mechanics work.

Druid form is completely broken. Item bonuses stop working if u shapeshift in and then out of a form. For example i got boots that give 3 temporary hp when i heal someone. when i exit form and heal someone they dont work unless i unequip and equip them again. unplayable...

Also no Illithid powers in Wild Shape. You know, the massive core mechanic of the game? WTF can't even respec.

I JUST FOUND OUT THAT NONE OF THE ITEMS WORK ON DRUID!! EVEN THE SHAPESHIFTER'S RING!!!!!!!!!!! the moment u enter form u lose all bonuses and even if u leave form they are still gone. u have to unequip/equip ALL items to gain their bonuses again.

DRUID IS COMPLETELY BUGGED
