Computer meets minimum specs but game runs unplayably bad
PC specs:

OS: Windows 11 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
Nvidia GeForce Game Ready Driver Version 536.99
Game is Installed on an SSD

As far and I can tell my computer meets all the minimum requirements to run this game, but even with all the settings set to the absolute minimum I get freezes and unplayable framerate drops whenever something happens on screen, the very beginning tutorial section of the game was bearable but starting from the point where you wake up on a beach the game ran way too poorly to play and much worse than what I would expect from this PC. It does especially bad during conversations/any kind of real time cutscene or when moving forward and loading new areas, but even during a small combat encounter like the first one after landing on the beach the game froze to levels where it simply could not be played.

I've reinstalled the game and the Nvidia driver, tried playing on DirectX11 and Vulkan mode, the problem still persists both in co-op and singleplayer, even the main menu background environment struggles to load and freezes every time I launch the game. I don't know if this means anything but both the in-game recommended settings and the Nvidia GeForce Experience recommended settings for my pc are well above the minimums I had to set the game to to get it to run even marginally better. I've already played too long and spent too much time troubleshooting it to be able to get a refund so I would really like to find out why I can't run this even though it really seems I have all the specs it requires.

Larian has added additonal info related to the minimum specs, might be something here that is relevant for you:

Additional notes on the minimum requirements:
- The game requires a CPU with AVX2 support (basically, 2014 or later).
- Nvidia graphics are not supported.
- The minimum AMD graphics card requires 4GB of VRAM; cards with 2GB would require swapping assets in and out of memory, likely causing performance problems, and are not recommended.
- Since integrated graphics share system memory, having more than 8GB would help when using M1 systems.

What does this mean? Both the Minimum and Recommended specs on the store page list Nvidia graphics cards under Graphics. GTX 970 for Minimum and 2060 Super for Recommended

Yeah, that was really weird, not sure what they mean by that.
