Portal to house of hope bugged in Devils Fee

So i talked to helisk made the portal and when i got to click on it nothing happens ive uninstalled all mods repaired game files and still nothing dont know what else to do i really want to get in their so i can get a specific ending for the game if anyone could help would be appreciated

Same issue. Hopefully they fix this asap. Basically playthrough breaking bug since certain route to finish is totally blocked because of this.

Here's hoping it gets included in hotfix 3.

Someone figured out a workaround. It works for me and for many other people too it seems.

I can confirm the method works, but you really have to follow what's written to the letter.
After the prompt is activated for the first time it will work normally for everyone.

Edit: seems this was not fixed in the latest hotfix.
