Items For Druid Wildshaping Not Working

When equipping magic items that affect the druids wildshape they do not work after the first wildshape use. The Shapeshifter Hat says it increases wildshape charges to 3 but I still only have 2 charges after dismissing my first wildshape, even after a short or long rest and no longer gained the effects of the Shapeshifter's Boon Ring(+1d4 saving throws while polymorphed or wildshaped).
Basically making this post because I can't find any info regarding it anywhere or anyone else suffering from it and I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here. Everyone else in my party has cool stuff and all the cool druid stuff specifically for wildshaping I have doesn't work!

Hi, same problem here (circle of moon druid).
But i think it's about all magic stuff ... When you wildshape, you "lose" your item cause....you're an animal -> OK .
But the problem is, when the wildshape end you have no longer the effect of your human equipment - > not good.
You need to unequip then equip your magic item to regain the effect .... that's a bug i think and for me, that ruin the fun :(.

Yeah I've found out that so far everytime you leave wild shape you have to unequip and place back on every magic item you had on or else their abilities will not show when you push I

at least the shapeshifters ring should in form... unarmed attacks/melee hit bonuses too.
wild shape overall is SO F**** BUGGED that i dont even know if something SHOULD or SHOULDNT work. 1 thing is 100% sure tho... the ring

I believe I bought it from a Tiefling kid(one of the ones from the tiefling refugees in Act 1) in the refugee camp in Act 3. He was standing in front of the barn that's locked up by the Fists.

Im glad someone else noticed this issue. I hope larian or modders fix this soon...
